Syrian TV: 20 people killed by Israeli gunfire

State-run Syrian television says Syrian and Palestinian protesters at the border have decided to stage an open-ended sit-in.

The TV reports that thousands of people are headed to the Quneitra border area to take part. Syria says at least 20 people have been killed and 325 others wounded by Israeli gunfire along the border. (AP)
