Yishai: Daylight savings time extended to October 1

Interior Minister Eli Yishai announced that daylight savings time is to be extended, as per the recommendation of the professional committee that dealt with the matter. Yishai told a press conference in Jerusalem that daylight savings time is to begin in March and end on October 1. (Omri Efraim)
