Libyan government: 29 killed in 60 strikes on Tripoli

At least 29 people were killed in 60 strikes on the Libyan capital on Tuesday, government spokesman Moussa Ibrahim told reporters.

 

Tripoli came under unprecedented sustained bombardment on Tuesday by NATO-led forces, who say they will not stop bombing until leader Muammar Gaddafi leaves power. (Reuters)
