TA rampage driver indicted for murder, attempted murder
An indictment was submitted before the Tel Aviv District Court against 22-year-old Aslam Ibrahim Isa, the truck driver from Kfar Kassem for murder, attempted murder, endangering human lives in a transportation lane, inflicting aggravated injury and aggravated assault with intent to harm
The indictment sheet states that Isa who was driving his truck on "Nakba Day", ran over and murdered Aviv Morag and wounded 18 people. He is accused of hitting bystanders and vehicles in Tel Aviv. The indictment was submitted by the Tel Aviv Prosecutor's Office. (Naama Cohen Friedman)
