Newt Gingrich's campaign team resigns en masse

Republican Newt Gingrich's presidential campaign took a nosedive on Thursday as senior members of his campaign team resigned en masse, his ex-spokesman said.

Rick Tyler, who resigned as spokesman, cited "a difference of opinion on how to move forward" as the reason why he, campaign manager Rob Johnson and others resigned. (Reuters)
