Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to leave for Italy Sunday morning, his first stop in a round of visits to European countries, in an attempt to convince them to oppose a unilateral Palestinian statehood declaration at the UN General Assembly in September.
Netanyahu is also scheduled to visit Romania, Poland, and Hungary. In Italy, he will meet with counterpart Silvio Berlusconi. (Attila Somfalvi)
