Syrian army enters northwestern town

Syrian army troops and tanks have moved into a restive northwestern town amid heavy gunfire.
An Associated Press reporter traveling with the military says troops entered Jisr al-Shughour Sunday morning and arrested some "gunmen" while others fled. (AP)
