A Mexican immigration official says 213 Central and South American migrants were discovered crammed into a tractor trailer with no food or water in the southern border state of Chiapas.
The federal immigration official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak on the record, says the migrants were discovered by federal police at a highway checkpoint. (AP)
