Netanya rabbi charged with raping 12-year-old girl

Charges were pressed at the Petah Tikvah District Court against a 64-year-old Netanya neighborhood rabbi who is accused of raping a 12-year-old girl. The prosecution claimed that "the rabbi used sayings and threats that are based on mysticism in order to frighten and convince the minor to have sexual relations with him." (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
