State Comptroller: Number of public complaints doubled in 5 years

State Comptroller and Ombudsman Micha Lindenstrauss has submitted the annual report on public complaints to Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin. Lindenstrauss noted that the number of grievances filed against government offices and other state institutions has almost doubled over the past five years, reaching roughly 14,000 complaints.
