UN: 10,000 Syrians flee their country

More than 10,000 Syrians fled their country because of the brutal repression by the regime of President Bashar al-Assad to seek refuge in Turkey and Lebanon, reported Head of UN humanitarian operations, Valerie Amos on Monday.
"I am deeply concerned about the violence in recent months Syria which reportedly killed 1,200 people and forced more than 10,000 others to flee their country," said Amos. (AF)
