The Jerusalem District Court has ruled to allow a woman to undergo fertility treatment using the sperm of her partner – even if he is married to another woman. The court also decided to allow the couple to exclude the partner's wife in the legal proceedings.
The ruling invalidated a Health Ministry regulation that prohibits such a procedure. (Meital Yasur Beit-Or, Aviad Glickman)
