A semi-official Syrian document obtained by the British Daily Telegraph suggests that Damascus incited Palestinians to riot on the border during "Nakba Day."
According to the document, Damascus sent 20 busses to the border and instructed the military to allow them acceded to the border. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
