Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has called for a security alliance dominated by China and Russia to form a united front against the West.
Ahmadinejad's address Wednesday to heads of state at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit being held in Kazakhstan will likely serve to deepen suspicions that the bloc is intended as a counterweight to the United States across Central Asia. (AP)
