Deputy State Prosecutor Shai Nitzan decided not to open a criminal investigation against the former soldier, Eden Abergil, who posted photos of a cuffed and blindfolded Palestinians on her Facebook page taken during her army service.
Meanwhile, Nitzan did decide to probe an IDF soldier who danced around a cuffed and blindfolded Palestinian detainee. (Aviad Glickman)
