Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz wants to stop the transfer of funds to the Palestinian Authority, immediately after the Palestinian announcement on the establishment of a unity government with Hamas, Ynet learned.
Steinitz is concerned that the taxes Israel collects for the Palestinians might be funneled to terror elements and used to pay salaries of Hamas' security apparatus. (Attila Somfalvi)
