Netanya blast: 3 killed, 15 injured

According to initial reports, 3 people were killed and more than ten injured in a blast on the third floor of a building on Herzl Street in Netanya.

Police have launched a hunt for a vehicle seen escaping the scene shortly after the blast.  

Dozens may be trapped inside the building. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
