A Rescue & Hatzalah volunteer who was among the first to arrive on the scene of the blast in Netanya told Ynet: "The images reminded me of the horrific terror attacks we've seen in the past.
"On the way to the building I saw body parts. People were bleeding and frightened. All the people we've managed to reach received medical treatment on the scene, but many others were trapped in the rubble." ( Eli Senyor and Yoav Zitun)
