Police say an explosion wounded five women and slightly damaged a karaoke bar in a southern Philippine city amid fresh concerns about possible terrorist attacks in the country.
Police Superintendent Gilberto Tuzon says investigators are determining whether the blast late Saturday in Tacurong city in Sultan Kudarat province arose from a local feud or was an act of terrorism. (AP)
