Haifa: 2 soldiers arrested after threatening passersby

The Haifa Police arrested two soldiers who, according to witnesses stood at the balcony of an apartment brandishing their weapons and threatened passersby.
Police found the soldiers' M-16s and some Marijuana plants while conducting a search of the apartment. The soldiers were transferred to the Military Police. (Ahiya Raved)
