Egypt PM prefers a delay in parliamentary vote

Egypt's prime minister says he wants to put off parliamentary elections scheduled for September until a new constitution is drafted. Essam Sharaf said the delay would allow the nation's "political landscape" time to take shape.
Some fear a September vote would be unfairly advantageous to the Muslim Brotherhood, the country's largest political group. The Brotherhood is considered one of Egypt's best organized blocs following the fall of longtime President Hosni Mubarak in February. (AP)
