Hamas official: Waiting for Egyptian move on Shalit deal

Hamas Deputy Politburo Chief Moussa Abu Marzouk said that the organization is waiting for an Egyptian move to advance the prisoner exchange deal to release captive soldier Gilad Shalit.
"The German mediator's failure opened the path, allowing Egypt to play a main role," said Abu Marzouk, adding that Hamas "is aspiring to reach a deal and release hundreds of prisoners. Our demands are legitimate, and the deal will not be completed if they are not met." (Roee Nahmias)
