EU foreign ministers plan for post-conflict Libya

As the bombs explode but the despot remains, foreign ministers from the 27 EU countries are trying to work out a political solution to the Libyan conflict. They're also working on postwar planning to ensure Libya does not descend into chaos.
The foreign ministers, meeting Monday in Luxembourg, will explore "how we can move ahead with the political process and find a way out of this current situation," a senior EU official said last week. He spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss confidential talks. (AP) .
