White House: Gaddafi near breaking point

The US government believes that Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi is close to his breaking point, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said during the daily briefing.

He noted that while the US does not know exactly when Gaddafi will fall, his days are numbered. Carney expressed contentment with the progress of the US military action in Libya. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
