Alleged Israeli "spy" Ilan Grapel was given permission to speak with his parents and told then he was treated well, Cairo's al-Ahram weekly reported Tuesday.
The newspaper said that the conversion lasted nearly an hour, during which he "stressed that he was detained legally, according to a Prosecution Warrant, that the intelligence officers are treating him humanely and that all his needs are being met."
