Knesset upholds decision to revoke some of MK Zoabi's rights

The Knesset has submitted its response to the High Court of Justice, regarding petitions that were submitted against the decision to revoke some of MK Hanin Zoabi's rights because of her participation in the Gaza-bound flotilla in May 2010.

According to the response statement, the Knesset's decision to revoke some of Zoabi's rights was within its jurisdiction, and was proportional and reasonable. (Moran Azulay)
