UN Ambassador: Determined to enforce Gaza blockade
In a missive to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon, Israel's Ambassador to the UN Ron Proshor warned against the expected flotilla to Gaza and made it clear that "the international community must send an unequivocal message that provocative initiatives of this kind only contribute to the regional tension". Proshor added that "Israel was determined to enforce the Gaza blockade." (Yitzhak Benhorin)
