5.4 magnitude quake shakes southeast Turkey

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.4 has struck southeast Turkey but there are no immediate reports of damage or injuries.

 

Istanbul-based Kandilli seismology center says the tremor occurred at 10:34 am Thursday in the province of Elazig. Its epicenter was near the town of Icme. (AP)
