High Court rejects Efrati's appeal on attempted rape conviction

The Supreme Court rejected the appeal of Erez Efrati, the former IDF chief of staff's bodyguard convicted of attempted sodomy and sentenced to eight years in prison and two years probation.
The complainant said following the ruling: "This is a huge relief. The court let true justice prevail. I am happy to leave the trial behind me." (Aviad Glickman)
