The Knesset's Constitution, Law and Justice Committee on Monday approved a decree prohibiting money laundering that would allow the State to expropriate profits derived from trading with enemy nations. The decree was made at the request of Justice Minister Yaakov Ne'eman.
This means that in addition to the usual criminal offence of trading with the enemy, the court would also be able to expropriate profits derived from trade with enemy countries and terror groups. (Moran Azulay)
