Katsav files High Court appeal over rape conviction

Former President Moshe Katsav filed a High Court appeal over his rape conviction.
Katsav claims his conviction should be overturned due to the prosecution's "faulty" manner of "refreshing complainants' memory." He further stated that justice would be better served by his acquittal, since he was "tried by the media in advance." (Aviad Glickman)
