Kadima: PM's remark over arrest of rabbi is 'cowardly, weak'

Kadima officials claimed in a statement Tuesday that the announcement issued by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu earlier about the arrest of Rabbi Div Lior is a "cowardly and weak response motivated by political calculations."

"After an embarrassing silence lasting all day long, Netanyahu was dragged in to pleonasm without saying anything and definitely without backing up the rule of law as one would expect from a prime minister in Israel," they said. (Attila Somfalvi)
