Knesset reduces co-pays for prescription drugs

The Knesset's Finance Committee has unanimously approved a measure to reduce HMO members' co-pays for prescription drugs from 15% to 10% of the consumer price. The decision will come into effect in August. Representatives of the HMOs expressed their objections to the measure. (Zvi Lavi)
