Female Border Guard officer convicted of abusing boy
The Jerusalem District Court has convicted Shani Sevilla, a female Border Guard officer, of abusing an Arab boy at a checkpoint in Jerusalem because of his race.
Sevilla had admitted in a plea bargain that she hit the boy and placed an unloaded gun to his neck, saying "Death to Arabs" while she pulled the trigger. He was convicted of abusing a minor, threat, and neglect. (Aviad Glickman)
