The Minister for Home Front Defense Matan Vilnai said that "the next war will test the Israeli home front, especially the big cities in central Israel".
"Thousands of missiles will be fired, but mayors will not flee again," Vilnai told 18 heads of local authorities at a conference on training them to deal with emergencies at Haifa University. (Ahiya Raved)
