Turkish FM: Israel must apologize for Mavi Marmara attack in 2010

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said Wednesday that Turkey insists upon receiving an apology from Israel regarding its attack on the Gaza-bound flotilla "Mavi Marmara" in May 2010, according to Chinese news agency Xinhua.
Davutoglu confirmed that both countries were holding talks to normalize their relations, but emphasized that "we have been saying the same thing since last year, Israel must apologize and pay compensation." (Ynet)
