Latvia's new president takes oath of office
Andris Berzins has taken his oath of office as Latvia's new president as the small Baltic country braces for a vote on dissolving Parliament.
Berzins beat outgoing President Valdis Zatlers in a parliamentary ballot last month, just days after Zatlers decided to dissolve Parliament over the lawmakers' decision to hinder a sweeping corruption probe. (AP)
