An official says Kurdish rebels have kidnapped three people, including two soldiers, after stopping them at a roadblock in the country's southeast.
Gov. Mustafa Toprak says Sunday the kidnapping occurred Saturday night near the town of Lice in Diyarbakir province. His office says troops have launched an operation to try to secure the release of two sergeants and a civilian medical worker. (AP)
