Peres thanks Greek president for preventing flotilla

President Shimon Peres greeted his Greek counterpart Karolos Papoulias, who is on an official visit to Israel, and thanked him for helping prevent the flotilla to Israel.
I thank Greece from the bottom of my heart for complying with the UN general-secretary's instructions and preventing people who seek to disturb the order from arriving in Israel without supervision, Peres said during a ceremony at the President's Residence. (Ronen Medzini)
