Palestinian official: Quartet announcment useless if 'bycott bill' passes

Senior PLO member Yasser Abd Rabbo warned that if the "boycott bill" passes it will annul "the content of the Quartet announcement vis-à-vis the renewal of negotiations," slated to be released on Monday.

Speaking to Ynet, Abd Rabbo said "the bill will turn the settlements into sacred places and whomever comes near them will be fined. What kind of negotiations and solutions can we talk about then?" (Roee Nahmias)
