Katsav's acquaintance: Investigators instructed to act by law

Following the report that the police suspect former President Moshe Katsav and his relatives hired the services of two private investigators who harassed witnesses, a source close to the Katsav family told Ynet that "It is legal to hire private investigators."
The source added that the investigators were instructed to "act in accordance with the law." (Aviad Glickman)
