A Chinese court has sentenced six people to jail for their involvement in a three-day riot in the country's south by migrant factory workers enraged by the reported beating of a street vendor.
The official Xinhua News Agency reported Tuesday that the People's Court of Zengcheng city in Guangdong province handed down prison terms ranging from nine months to 3-1/2 years. (AP)
