Gaddafi ready to go, envoys tell French FM

France's foreign minister says Paris has had contact with emissaries from Moammar Gaddafi who say the embattled Libyan strongman is "prepared to leave."

Alain Juppe told France Info radio on Tuesday that while the contacts do not constitute negotiation, "everyone (involved in Libya's civil war) has contacts with everyone else." (AP)
