Yasser Ashtiyeh a Palestinian who worked at a Jerusalem hostel was convicted of murdering Meir Swisa, a homeless man staying at the hostel by stabbing him to death.
The indictment stated that Ashtiyeh has been fired from his job following a quarrel he had with the victim. After he was fired he came back to the hostel and stabbed Swisa 14 times in his upper body. (Aviad Glickman)
