Netanyahu congratulates South Sudan's president
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with South Sudan's President Salva Kiir and congratulated him and his new country on behalf of Israel.
The PM offered to assist the new country, informing Kiir that Israel has much experience and knowledge with it comes to helping African countries with infrastructure, communications and agriculture. (Attila Somfalvi)
