US eyes Russia plan to get Iran back to nuke talks

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton says the US will study a Russian idea to bring Iran back into talks over its suspect nuclear program.

Clinton told reporters on Wednesday that she would send a team of experts to consult with the Russians about their plan, which was briefly outlined by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. The proposal calls for the international community to make limited concessions to Iran for each step it takes in meeting demands to come make public its nuclear intentions. (AP)
