Chief of Staff finalizes five year plan
Chief of Staff Major General Benny Gantz convened a two day workshop for senior IDF officers in order to formalize and finalize the IDF's five year plan, "Halamish". In light of what they defined as changes in the Middle East, it was agreed that principal corps officers would take part in the deliberations in order to include them in the decision making process.
Within the framework of the plan, the IDF is expected to demand an increase in resources at its disposal. (Hanan Greenberg)
