Court upholds ruling to allow Mustafa Dirani to sue state

The Supreme Court has reject the state's appeal against a court ruling asserting that Mustafa Dirani, a Lebanese terrorist, can sue the state for damages it has caused him – even though he returned to dealing with terrorism.

The ruling means that the District Court is to deliberate on the law suit filed by Dirani, who claims he was hurt by torture. (Aviad Glickman)
