EU 'disappointed' in settlement construction

The European Union issued a statement expressing great disappointment in Israel's authorization of construction in the settlements Beitar Illit and Karnei Shomron.
The Construction and Housing Ministry issued a tender for the construction of 6,900 housing units across Israel including 336 in the West Bank settlements. (AFP)
