Kirshenbaum: Foreign political interests defeated leftist probe bill

MK Faina Kirshenbaum (Yisrael Beiteinu) said that "foreign political interests and the media's incitement" are behind the Knesset's rejection of her proposal to establish a parliamentary inquiry into organizations "causing the de-legitimization of the IDF."

Kirshenbaum said after the Knesset plenum vote: "There are many Knesset members who are acting insincerely. If there was a real freedom of vote, I have no doubt that an inquiry committee would have been established today." (Moran Azulay)
